Welcome to Moscow Exchange Forum 2014

The fifth annual Exchange Forum took place on 27 March 2014 at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow
(at 3 Tverskaya St.).

The Exchange Forum is Russia's largest annual conference for financial market professionals, regulators, and government officials, bringing together more than 1,000 delegates. The forum defines the direction of Russia's financial market and infrastructure development for the next several years.

The plenary meeting and panel discussions review the current condition of Russia's financial market and its prospects in the context of current global instability and barriers to economic growth. Regulatory priorities for the financial sector, investment stimulus, and capital market access for Russian corporates are among the main themes of the forum. The working sessions focus on Moscow Exchange's markets and individual business lines.

The list of Russian key policy makers spoke at the plenary session includes Elvira Nabiullina, Central Bank of Russia Governor, Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister, and Alexei Ulyukaev, Minister of Economic Development, as well as Alexei Kudrin, former Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Presidium of the Economic Council under the President of Russia.
